Condenser core removal diagrams and info.
In this procedure following things are to be removed:---
Remove the 2 upper condenser bolts.
Please note tighten to 80 inch lbs. (9 Nm) while you re-install the nuts.
Then remove the 9 lower radiator air deflector screws,once the screws are out,lower the air deflector.
Remove the condenser outlet fitting nut and disconnect the fitting. Discard the O-ring seal and gasket seal and use new seal. To install, tighten to 133 inch lbs. (15 Nm).
Now remove the 2 lower condenser nuts and position the power steering cooler line aside. While you reinstall tighten the nuts to 80 inch lbs. (9 Nm).
Now the condenser core is loose .The condenser core must be removed from below the vehicle.
